What are your shipping charges ?
Shipping charges are already included in our product prices. Therefore, we ship our products worldwide (185 countries) free of cost. Still if you want to know, it costs us $2-3 per single item.
How much time you take to ship a product ?
As soon as we receive payment, we process your order immediately. However, quality control inspection, packing, and shipment to the mail agency take us 2-3 working days. In the case of holidays and weekends, it might be delayed for a couple of days.* Here is a flow chart;

I have not received my items, what now ?
Although the delivery time we promised is 20-60 days, some times because of weekends, holidays, and circumstances beyond our control, shipment may take some more time. We provide a 45 days money back shipping guaranty. That means if you do not receive your item within 90 days, we’ll refund your money.
However, before you contact us, please visit your Customs Office to check if your parcel is held at custom office. If they do not have your package, please check with your local post office because some times they receive parcel but forget to deliver.

I ordered 2 or more items, but received only 1.
Because of different locations of our stores / warehouses, you may receive more than 1 packages if you ordered more than 1 items. Please be patient for other packages to arrive. In case you do not receive items after 60 days money back shipping guaranty, you can contact us for refund.
Customs & Taxes
What about customs fee ?
We send our products as gifts and mark their price less than $5 on packages. This way, you can avoid custom fee and other taxes. However, every country’s custom policy is different, therefore, in some countries, you may still have to pay Custom fee. Please remember, our product prices DO NOT include any custom fee. In case your product is held by your custom office, you need to get it cleared by yourself.
What about GST, VAT and other taxes ?
We send our products as gift and show their prices below $5. This way items are not liable to Customs and taxes. However, every country has different policy. In some countries you may still have to pay the taxes. Our product prices DO NOT include any sort of taxes.
Returns and Refunds
Item I received is broken / damaged. What do I do ?
We understand that during shipment many companies are involved and some times they do not handle packages with care. Which may cause damage to some items. Therefore, if you receive items which are damaged, defective or broken, please take few picture and contact us. We’ll make a full or partial refund depending upon situation.
Product is not as described / shown.
Images we show on our site are of actual products. However, because of various different screen resolutions and color settings of different monitors / display units, you may see a slight change in actual color. In case product varies in color slightly, please bear with us. However if you receive completely different item from your order, please contact us and we’ll walk you through further procedure.
I just do not like this product.
Please make your mind before you buy, because if you do not like item afterward, we will not be able to help you any further.

What payment methods you offer ?
Currently we offer PayPal as the main payment gateway. You can pay with your PayPal money or with your credit or debit card. We also accept payment via Payoneer. If you want to use Payoneer, please contact us directly.

What is location of your store ?
We do not have a physical location of our store. We sell goods only online. However, we are located in St. Vista, California. For local delivery we send goods from our location and for international deliveries, we send items through our merchants in China.
Do you manufacture these products ?
No, all our products are custom made on our orders in China.
